The living and sleeping areas can be separated from the bathroom and kitchen by a large-format sliding door. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and accessories, coffee maker, shower or bath, toilet, telephone, satellite TV, Sky and of course with fast WiFi.

The atmosphere of the rooms is characterized by reduction and calm. Fir wood, white melamine and felt run through the house. The furniture is custom-made in the same uniform material and ensures a harmonious design language. A spacious atrium forms the center around which the apartments are grouped on three levels. Right next door is a bright reading room - the meeting point for all residents of the house.

All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, accessories, refrigerator, coffee maker, shower or bath, toilet, telephone and satellite TV - so you are welcome to stay a little longer. WiFi, Sky and parking are of course included in the price.

This service, including parking, is free of charge for you. The apartments allow an occupancy of up to four people.
